Handling Characteristics:
- Extremely strong and durable, tolerates handling well
- Maximum resistance to stretch with superior draping and conforming qualities
- Stays in place while critical contours are moulded
- Slightly tacky surface acts like an extra pair of hands during fabrication of the splint
- Excellent rigidity – no reinforcement required
- Edges trim and rub smooth easily

- Bonds permanently when heated surfaces are pinched together (not coated, giving the fabricator an “extra pair of hands”)
Heating and Working Times:
1.6mm | 65°C-70°C water for 35 seconds 1-2 minutes working time |
2.4mm | 65°C-70°C water for 35-45 seconds 2-3 minutes working time |
3.2mm | 70°C-75°C water for 1 minute 4-6 minutes working time |
